Very good !

Today I 37 years old, and here I bring you one of the cakes I prepared this weekend to celebrate.

As I really wanted to do a birthday cake for those you love me so much, high, with many layers .. I opted for an arm, it did not prepare much none. And, as no, of chocolate, with lots of chocolate, chocolate in all parts of the cake .. mmmm :)

Elaboration

  1. Prepare a baking of 33 x 23 cm. and approximately forramos with baking paper.
  2. We started preparing the cake. This flour sift, cornstarch and cocoa, and reserve.
  3. We separate the whites from the yolks, and assemble the egg whites to stiff peaks. Booked.
  4. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and add the flour mixture. Mix with a whisk.

  6. Pour over prepared and cooked plate, in preheated oven at 200 º C, about 10-12 minutes. We check before pulling clicking is cooked.

  8. Prepare the filling. This water bath melted milk chocolate with chopped. Leaving tune.
  9. We set the cream and, carefully, incorporate the warm chocolate, mixing well to make it a mousse uniform.
  10. Carefully unroll the cake and fill with mousse. We again carefully wrap and leave in the fridge.

As you see it is not very difficult to prepare, you just have to be a little careful when rolling the cake but, and I say, in particular it does not break easily. And, of course, the fill options are endless for the trunk.. although, personally, I would try this combination that I propose, if you like black chocolate as much as me at least, Is yummy!
