A few days ago I went into the kitchen with the intention to prepare a lemon cookies for Mario, and the result was this Chocolate Tart… In the end, hoping to develop with longer persistence in achieving my goals, and both the road rant, I leave you the recipe for this experiment, truth be told, liked it and flew in a very short time. I hope the like..


  1. Prepare several baking sheets lined with parchment paper, a square of metal mold 12 cm. sideways, or the way we want them to cakes, and several cookie cutters. With measures of cookie dough that will propongo for the six layers of wafer size it commented that, more 10 medium cookies (extrella form) and 20 small (heart-shaped) about.

  5. Cut the dough with the metal molds into the shape desired cookie sheets. The placing on the plates we lined paper and, bake in threes, in preheated oven at 180 º C, about 10-12 minutes (cookie should not be overcooked, it would be too hard).
