Before concluding I make a pair of scores. On this website you will always find home baking, more or less traditional, but always made with quality ingredients, as “natural ” possible, therefore considerably more healthy pastry (and less caloric) the industrial confectionery. However, that does not stop, in specific cases as in the case of this recipe, we use a chemical additive that helps us to improve the appearance of a dessert. Actually, introduce dyes in our food more often than we think (ice, refreshments, gelatins, some breads and meats, .. ), so in a timely manner using these additives in our homemade cakes seems legitimate, if they are not abused.

On the other hand, you must be careful to add coloring to the dough as, if we over-, could tincture too. Start, therefore, taking a small amount and, little by little, we add more depending on what is needed.

I hope you feel encouraged to make this cake because, besides showy, is particularly fluffy. Now I will say .. What advantage!
