Today I propose an absolutely delicious cake due to the nice combination of flavors that add spice and banana. Outer layer, as you can see in the pictures, is crisper and contrasts nicely with the soft spongy interior. At home we love and I would thoroughly recommend, is a true delight, smells fantastically well when I bake, and if you do once you assure that you are going to repeat a second time at least, Is too rich! I tell you and how to prepare.

Elaboration

  1. Prepared round pan 20 cm. in diameter, or a rectangular 25 cm largo, Hunter with butter.
  2. We took the butter in a bowl, that is very soft, and aroma of vanilla and began to beat with mixer. Add eggs and, then, sugar, and continue whisking until blended into a smooth cream.
  3. Mix the spices and add to mixture stirring.
  4. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with cornstarch and baking. We began to add to the mixture, little by little, while constantly stir rods, manually, or the whisk. Removing the mass remain some 2 minutes.
  5. Chop the bananas into large dice and trying to incorporate the mass is distributed homogeneously therein.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake, in preheated oven at 180 º C, during 1 hour. Checked with the aid of a stick, towards the end of cooking, if it comes out dry when clicking.
  7. Once outside the desmoldamos, after a few minutes, and let it cool on a rack.
