Today I propose that low-fat mousse, easy to prepare and very rich. As you can see all the ingredients are “light”, skimmed, no sugar… but of course that can prepare dietetic products with the same amounts. I've decorated with a touch “San Valentín” due to the day when we, but the options are many, so those who detest this day and these things, you know, hearts out and let your imagination.. Here is the recipe.
Elaboration
- In a bowl mix the cheese with the yogurt and saccharin (if we decided to make it light), and beat enough to integrate.
- We added cocoa (and icing sugar, if used), sieving the mixture over, and stir again.
- Add the vanilla and rum, throw if liquor, and mix well.
- In a bowl whisk the egg whites until stiff. The incorporated, little by little, To the mixture of cheese and yogurt, and stir, aided by a rubber tongue, gently, until blended.
- We distribute the mousse in several glasses (out 6 as the photo) and leave it in the fridge, at least 1 time, before oceanside.
- The decorated with cookies, fruits, cream mount, .. and to enjoy!
Faster and easier, impossible, Right? Nothing, to work and prepare this delicious mousse, and if not today, be kind enough to hand the recipe because it sure gets you more of a hurry one day of those runs we run you. See you soon !!
