This time I propose a delicious cake, very, very spongy and juicy. Taking advantage of great pumpkins out there at the moment, specifically those of my people, A Fonsagrada, and one of the fruits that I like to use in this type of candy, apples, I can tell you that the result is one of the best cakes I've ever tasted.

I tell you and how to make this delicious cake.

Elaboration

  1. Prepare a bundt cake mold, smearing it with butter and then sprinkled with a little flour.
  2. Peel the squash and cook in boiling water until tender. The drain and let cool.
  3. Sift the flour with the yeast and raising agents, and booked.
  4. In a bowl whisk the pumpkin with sugar, oil and eggs until smooth dough forms. Add the flour mixture and beat again drivers and until blended everything perfectly.
  5. Peel and chop the apple, disheartened, into thin wedges, and cast into prepared crust. Mix.
  6. Pour the dough into the pan and cook, in preheated oven at 180 º C- 190 º C, for about 35 minutes. Before removing prick with a skewer to check it out clean.
  7. Once out of the oven, let cool for a while before unmolding onto a rack and let.
  8. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
