Some of you have asked, when you publish this vanilla biscuit and cereals a few weeks ago, DAIRY why we could replace milk powder. So I prepared this version of the cake, changing the milk yoghurt, growing oats and adding a little flour and fruit. Some small changes that will go nicely, perhaps give greater sponginess, and the new touch of pineapple and fruit give it a new flavor very rich and juicy. The preparation is as easy as the other as you shall see..

  1. In a bowl beat the eggs with the cheese until creamy smooth. Add the yogurt and saccharin and mix by hand (for fruit pieces in yogurt do not break.
  2. We add the two timpos cereal and mix again.
  3. Finally add the flour with the yeast and stir well.
  4. Pour the batter into a mold lined small plum cake with parchment paper or greased with olive oil and sprinkled with flour. We distributed tropical fruit / pineapple, well drained and chopped, throughout the mass.
  5. Bake, in preheated oven at 180 º C for about 25 minutes. Once out let cool slightly before removing from pan to cool completely.
