Here we go again, with autumn already fully installed between us and .. Celebrating a year of blog!. Yes, day 20 September, one year ago, began this journey ,and is a joy for me to remember.

A simple cake ever there, rich to a fault. Do not you love the doughs made with banana? To me yes, course, this cake so I leave it as one of my favorites, by its soft texture and exquisite flavor. I tell you and how do.

Elaboration

  1. We prepare a plum-cake mold of 23 cm. or one round of the same diameter, huntado with butter and dusted with flour after.
  2. Sift the flour with the yeast.
  3. With an electric mixer grind the bananas with yogurt, egg whites and vanilla essence.
  4. Beat butter with brown sugar and, this preparation, we add the banana mixture. Mix well.
  5. Add, little by little, the above prepared flour, stir constantly while.
  6. Pour the mixture into the mold.
  7. Chop candied or dried fruit and añadirmos, with chopped nuts, above the cake, well distributed and forming a layer of a homogeneous thickness.
  8. Bake, in a preheated oven at 175 ° C, for about 45 minutes (Campervans see that is cooked with a skewer comes out clean and seeing).
  9. Once out of the oven, and after a 20 minutes, desmoldamos the finished cake to cool on a rack.
