  2. In a bowl mix the flour and icing sugar, the manteca de cerdo at room temperature, and the scratch of two oranges. Knead until all ingredentes are integrated to form a homogeneous mass.
  3. Roll out the dough on the table leaving 1-2 cm thick and, with the help of a pastry cutter or a glass, we cut and shaping our buns. We're going on a plate lined with paper baking parchment.
  4. Paint half of the buns with beaten egg and half threw them a few grains of sesame (reads the finish that he dáis queráis. In the photos you can see I did half and half).
  5. We put in the oven, preheated to 200 º C, about 20 minutes, but will depend on your oven that require a few minutes or less. Watching a lot, especially at the end.
  6. We let them cool completely to acquire the necessary consistency, and to enjoy !!!

Just tell you that this mass is a little difficult, is laborious and should be treated with great care and patience in shaping the buns. But in the end, Yum, yum !, are delicious !!! I hope you liked the recipe and I to make this Christmas animéis. See you soon!
