Today change of pace .. Salty the first recipe blog!. Elaboration

  1. Prepare a springform pan 20 cm. in diameter.
  2. We let dough thaw plates breeze a couple of hours before making the cake.
  3. Chop the onions finely and pochamos in a pan. When they start to look shiny add mushrooms and cook over medium heat with the onion. Having made the mushrooms and remove from the heat of the liquid drain them stemming. Salpimentamos and we add the ham, mix and let cool.
  4. While cooling the cooked dough filler. Preheat the oven to 180 º C. Have a circle of dough on the mold base and a rectangle of dough, desigualado by the upper edge, circling around the sides, and seal the edges of both parts. On the base circle, that will puncture several times with a fork, place a piece of foil and, on the same, a handful of pulses. Bake about 10 minutes.
  5. In a bowl beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the cream and beat a little more. If we add cheese, will miss at this time, and mix with a spatula. At last, padding added to the mixture of eggs, cream and cheese, mix again and threw everything in the pan with the dough semi cooked.
  6. We put the cake in the oven, preheated to 180 º C, about 25- 30 minutes.
  7. Once out let cool for a few 20 minutes before unmolding to cool completely.
