Hi all !

Today I bring a cake that you can check out for more than a pinch, in half an hour (more the cooling time), the list have. And, also, in my opinion, mascarpone and chocolate blend perfectly, and smoothness of the final texture is very nice and delicious. Can not ask for more, Right?

Just to add that I doubled the amount of ingredients for the cake (not for the base and the decor), so, if you want as high, The mold must be done in a less diameter.

Elaboration

  1. Prepare a springform pan 23 cm. in diameter.
  2. Cookies crush. For this we can put in a plastic bag, or between two baking papers, and grind with a roller.
  3. Heat over low heat the butter and chocolate for the base, until melted. We drew on cookie crumbs, we will have previously placed in a bowl, and mix well.
  4. We pre pasta prepared pan, and form the base of the cake, pressing and distributing equitably. We booked, for example in the refrigerator, so that it cools.
  5. We began to prepare the cake. To do this we separate the yolks from the whites and reserve.
  6. Heat the chocolate in a double boiler until melted. I turn away from the heat and add the cheese, egg yolks and brandy or liqueur we have chosen.
  7. We set the cream and add to the mixture.
  8. We set the egg whites until stiff adding, little by little, sugar, and incorporate them into the mixture several times and stirring very gently.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and let rest in the refrigerator at least 3 hours.
  10. Once past the rest time we set the cream with the sugar and decorate. Sprinkle with cocoa and finish off with chocolate-nuts.
