Although spring has not arrived, the atmosphere is absolutely spring, warm and very pleasant. Elaboration

  1. In a bowl mix the juice, oil, egg yolk and the scratch of Mandarin, with rods, we beat it well until all is mixed.
  2. In another bowl mix the flour, sugar, yeast and ginger.
  3. Little by little we are laying the dry ingredients into the bowl of liquids while constantly stir rods. When we reach a point where the mass is consistent and had to knead with hands until we have left a homogeneous wet.
  4. Cover of plastic wrap and let dough rest in the fridge, at least, 1 time.
  5. With a wooden roller extend the dough, leaving a 2 mm. thick, with a pastry cutter, cookies and do we putting on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. As we leave a 20 cookies we prepare 3 hornearemos plates and in 3 times.
  6. Boil the biscuits, in preheated oven at 180 º C, about 15 minutes.
