This cake I made a suggestion and with the help of my friend David. It takes a few weeks following the Dukan diet, is very strict as he did not want to skip over a single day. So I proposed to do something light, and he chose the cheesecake Weight loss not! , to which we add some stuff compatible with diet. We set to work and, thanks to the invaluable assistance of David, Today I can present you this delicious, light cheesecake.

Elaboration:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 º C.
  2. We took in a bowl of milk, yogurt, eggs, saccharin and vanilla, and beat until combined.
  3. Add the cheese and continue beating until mixture forms a smooth cream.
  4. Line a pan with baking paper, and overturned the previous preparation. We put in the oven and leave it there, halfway up, during 15 minutes.
  5. After the stipulated time, lowered the oven temperature to 100- 125 º C , and let the cake bake 75 minutes. Before removing it definitely pierced with a knife to check that it comes out clean. If it is not, continue cooking a few minutes.
  6. While the cake cools, elaborate decorative elements. Temperate coffee milk dissolved, after removal of the heat, we add the gelatine sheets, previously soaked in water, and stir to integrate all. Fill it with warm milk several holes from a cast of ice cubes, and we put in the fridge for a few 45 minutes.
  7. Unmold cake and cold, and took off the paper carefully. We draw our cube mold gelatin and garnish to taste.
