These dumplings I've done several times and, with the same quantities in the mass but doubling the landfill, I've done it before pie. Pies or sweet pastries are not very common, and most people surprised to find, and much more surprised when the test, especially those of apple and nuts with a touch of cinnamon, they are, in my opinion, exquisite. Elaboration

  1. We began to prepare the dough, and for this we take all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands until it seems to get bread crumbs. Add the cold water, knead and, when the Soak, spent the mixture to a surface and knead a little more.
  2. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator, at least, one hour.
  3. To prepare the filling, peel and chop apples into small pieces, they cast sugar and cinnamon, stirring so that all are impregnated, and minds about 3 minutes in the microwave at medium power.
  4. After the rest period, Spread the dough with a rolling pin and cut circles, or the ways we want, to form the dumplings. We distribute the filling in them, adding two or three walnuts in each (or more, is the preferís), and Close and seal the dumpling helping the tines of a fork. We make the exterior trim. I did the leaves are very easy: give them shape and draw the lines with the tip of a knife.
  5. Prick several times dumplings, paint with the beaten egg surface and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I put the decorations painted egg also (will stick perfectly thanks to the egg).
  6. We put the tray in the preheated oven 190 ° C a 30 minutes, or until golden. We leave it to cool and enjoy!
