Today you are addicted to chocolate / we're lucky. This cake is a real sin, a treat for the palate and a perfect excuse to fully enjoy this delicious food. Is easy to prepare, requires no further cooking the base and for children, for example, is an ideal that love cake. I tell you now how I have prepared.

Elaboration

  1. Comenamos preparing the dough base. To do this we beat with mixer the butter and sugar until creamy. We add the egg and mix again.
  2. Add the flour, the ground almonds and vanilla extract and mix the dough before until it forms a soft and slightly sticky dough. Evolvemos the dough in plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator, at least one hour, before use (must be cool to extend best).
  3. The time for resting, extend the mass and making a killing with it a buttered mold. We left in the freezer 15 minutes. As, preheated oven at 180 º C. Once past the time “freezing” we get the dough and cover with baking paper and dried vegetables, and bake 20 minutes. Once out, removed the vegetables and paper and let cool.
  4. Prepare the filling starting with a caralmelo salted butter for the base (I have to admit I found this candy and somewhat surprising, I finally decided to put the cake in half the amount that I comment below and which provided the recipe). We put sugar and a tablespoon of water in a saucepan and heated it all up to get a sweet amber. Next, , remove from fire and, above the sink, Carefully cast 15 cl. of hot cream. We return to the fire, add salt and cook butter 1 minute. We leave it to warm.
  5. Pour the salted butter caramel on the bottom of cake and let cool to harden.
  6. We prepare the chocolate ganache. To this warmed slightly 15 cl.de cream and pour over the chopped chocolate. We waited a few minutes and mix until creamy smooth and homogeneous. We drew on hard candy and cake and reserve in refrigerator until ready to serve.
