Very good !

After almost three weeks, here I am again.. Sorry for the delay! I'm quite busy and I fear that in the coming months I will not be able to publish as much as I'd like, but good, Better times will come!.. one hopes :)

Today I propose a cake I made twice already, and secure repeat because it is a big cake, very creamy and absolutely delicious. Apuntaros whereas only do the day before to give enough time for rest.

Elaboration

  • Let cool in the oven, off and the door ajar. Once cool, leave it in the fridge at least 3-4 hours before consuming. Before unmolding, had a knife around the sides making sure that good off of them (otherwise, may break when pulling).
