Yesterday, in our account Facebook, I taught a picture of this wonderful brownie fresh from the oven and sacadito, as I promised, Here's the recipe! Recipe that you can not stop doing, since it is an exquisite brownie, tender in the center and surrounded by a light crispy crust…. Supreme !!

This brownie opened the season at home homemade dinners with friends and, as I told you yesterday, fua widespread view that “was the best we had tasted so far”… In the more say, Do not let it pass and get to the mass and! Come up with the recipe..

Elaboration

  1. Prepare a baking brownie, it spread with butter and baking paper forramos. As you see in the picture, I used one of plum-cake of 20×10 cm., and it is possible for him to be a little thicker than usual but, personally, most well liked.
  2. Heat in a saucepan, very low heat, the chopped chocolate with the butter until melted. Stir well to mix and form a creamy.
  3. We added two types of sugar to the chocolate cream, and mix well. What we stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Add eggs and mix until a smooth cream.
  5. Finally incorporate the ground almonds and flour, and stir with a whisk until blended perfectly.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pan and put in the oven, preheated to 180 º C, for about 35 minutes or until, pinchándolo with a palito de brocheta, see that it has made good inside.
  7. Once out of the oven, we spend a few minutes before unmolding to cool completely on a rack. At last, cut it into square or rectangular pieces.

We can serve with a scoop of ice above (vanilla, traditionally, or flavor that you like) and a bath of hot chocolate to harden on contact with the ice. And the next step…. To enjoy !!
