As you have noticed, lately I'm very fruit with desserts. It will be spring and the arrival of a lot of fruit that I can not resist doing sweet juicy with a variety of colors and flavors. I hope you like the cakes that I propose today. I tell you how I did.

Elaboration

  1. Pour the flour onto a work surface and add the butter icing sugar finely chopped. We make a hole in the center and add eggs.
  2. We started mixing the butter and eggs, little by little, we are adding flour and sugar from the sides until dough begins to form ever closer. Knead for a while and form a ball wrap in plastic wrap and let stand in refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Mix apple slices with berries (without thawing), icing sugar and cornstarch to form the filling.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and stretch it with a rolling pin on a floured surface. We formed four circles unequal.
  5. Place dough circles on a baking tray with butter or huntada lined with baking paper, and fill it with the mixture of fruit. Bend the edges of the dough over the fruit exposing the central portion.
  6. Paint Outside the beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
  7. Cook the cakes, in preheated oven 180 º C, during 25-30 minutes or until we see that the fruit is soft and golden mass.

These cakes can be served with the cream (I did well, although it appears in photos), with ice cream, with salsa de chocolate … The do them as do them, is delicious.. See you soon !!
