Very good !!

Mmmmm, apple pies, how rich and how many fans have!.. :) I've tried sooooo, but not all were so utterly exquisite as this I bring you today. Long ago I had this recipe saved, and finally I decided to make it, together with these Cupcakes that taught you a few days ago. I hope you enjoy this delicious apple with a hint of vanilla, We go with the recipe!

Elaboration

  1. Prepare a springform pan 18 cm. in diameter, I greased and baking paper forramos.
  2. Peel, Finely chop discouraged and all blocks except 3 (the reserve for hedging). With a grinder or blender with blades, the rid to form a thick paste without lumps.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add butter, at room temperature, and beat again.

  7. Put the dough into the prepared pan.
  8. Cut, discouraged and we laminate apples reserved, and decorate the cake above.
  9. Boil, in preheated oven at 180 º C, for about 60 minutes. The first half of the baking time will heat only through the bottom; then, up and down.
  10. Once out of the oven, dajamos the cake stand a few minutes before removing from pan and let finish cooling on a rack.
  11. After cooling, we heat two tablespoons of water and mix with two jam. Apply on the cake helped a brush.
