Hi all !

Believe me when I say I have, at least, five recipes to post, And can not find the time to sit down and write the post! These are times of great trouble to me, should be better organized :).

Today I bring you some muffins very easy to prepare and tastes that, lately, I love the cakes: anise. Although you may not be big fans of this ingredient, I assure you that the touch that gives is really rich, and with the Fondillo the orange flavor.. Delicious!

The truth is that it is a very quick recipe and resultón, in fact this weekend I did not have it planned. I had prepared a cake and a brownie (I'll tell you whose recipes) and, at the last moment, I thought that maybe did not come for all (were few ..), And how well did! We ate almost everything, which is very satisfactory for the cook, Right? ;)

I tell them and how.

Elaboration

  1. Sift the flour and baking, grate the orange, and reserve.
  2. Beat eggs with mixer. We are gradually adding sugar, continue beating while at all times.
  3. Add the oil and, then, milk and anise. Beat again.
  4. Now add dry ingredients, and mix well, trying to leave no lumps and all ingredients are blended perfectly.
  5. Distribute the mixture prepared in paper cups, placed into a metal mold so as not to deform. Fill 3/4 parts and sprinkle with sugar (optional).
  6. Bake cupcakes, in preheated oven at 190 º C, for about 15-18 minutes or until we see that have risen and browned enough.
  7. Once out of the oven, wait a few minutes and we get metallic mold to finish cooling.

Just add that, with a good warm chocolate and, clear, good company and conversation, These muffins are perfect! :)
