On weekends, when more land is exploited to revel in the confectionery and, This last in particular, I just got to do little things chocolate. One of the recipes that I made was that I proposed a few days ago, the Chocolate Crinkles, and the other was this spiral of bread with chocolate that we all loved, especialmete children. Was, say, the snack that they love, .. ¡Bocata de chocolate!, but with a different presentation … This is elaborated.

Elaboration

  1. In a bowl mix the flour with the yeast, Salt and sugar, enough and stir to mix.
  2. Add the butter at room temperature, and into small pieces, and let his hands undoing while we integrate it into the above mixture.
  3. Add eggs, little by little, while knead them to leave absorbing in the mass.
  4. Finally add the milk, little by little, and knead dough until it is moist but not too sticky.
  5. We extend the dough on a floured surface and, helping with a wooden roller, give a square of about 28 cm. sideways. Three-quarters scatter the chopped chocolate and hazelnuts, roll up the dough and put it in a plum cake mold, with the base lined with greaseproof paper, and cover with a cloth. Let stand the spiral of bread, in a warm place, for about 30 minutes.
  6. Mix egg yolk whipped with a spoonful of water to paint the surface of the dough. We distribute the remaining chocolate and nuts on the surface and, in preheated oven at 190 º C, bake the bread for about 35-40 minutes.
  7. Once out, and after a few minutes, desmoldamos it to finish cooling on rack.

You see that bread is so simple and yummy. I commented that it is not too sweet, and you see that the mass does not take much sugar, and I think that's fine, as the sweetness of chocolate is sufficient.
