Ingredients
For the muffins (6 -8):- 100 gr. de chocolate con leche with Avellanas
- 60 gr. Hazelnut halved
- 60 gr. butter
- 125 gr. wheat flour
- 1 cda. baking powder
- 1 cda. bitter cocoa
- 1 cda. decaffeinated coffee sobluble
- 40 gr. sugar
- 100 ml. whole milk
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 gr. de chocolate con Avellanas
- 50 gr. of chocolate negro
- 1 cda. butter
- 30 gr. chopped hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp crunchy (optional)

Hazelnuts are one of the nuts that I like and, as you see, I use a lot in my dessert. Mixed in with the masses of cake, Cupcakes, muffins.. I think, together with nuts, always safe bet, and if the chocolate mass is also, the result is usually very satisfactory, especially for chocolate addicts like yours truly. If the passes as mi, can not stop making these muffins, will enjoy much the, and if you have children at home, and do not say anything.. Flight disappear! I tell you and how to prepare.
Elaboration
- We started warming the butter bath with the 100 gr. chocolate with hazelnuts until we get a liquid mixture. We add the halved hazelnuts and let cool.
- In a bowl threw the egg and milk, coffee with dissolved therein, and mix with a whisk. Add the melted chocolate and return mixing.
- In a bowl sift the flour and add yeast, sugar, cocoa and salt, and mix. We incorporate all, at various times, to the egg mixture, leche y chocolate, stir constantly while they are integrated into a smooth cream.
- Preheat the oven to 180 º C and distribute in the previous preparation 6 metal molds, silicone or paper, filling 3/4 parts thereof. The boil for about 20 minutes. Once outside we let cool before removing from pan.
- Prepare muffins coverage when they are cold, because it applies when it becomes hot list. This warmed water bath the two types of chocolate, together with butter. When that has formed a liquid coating will agretamos finamete chopped hazelnuts and distribute it over the muffins. Those who want the applied, also, a teaspoon of crunchy. Let cool before serving.

Mother painting!! I too mad fly hazelnuts, in fact I think they are addictive in my house there is a bowl full of nuts and when I start to crack and eat…. I can not stop!! The truth is that they are great on the masses of biscuits, muffins and cookies!!!

I find it very interesting what you say about the nuts, I can not believe I've ever used for cooking? I love peanuts, and cooking always use walnuts or almonds, but never hazelnuts.
